Good news, more potential donors have been found, with one person
in the UK having what appears a good match. Therefore more blood
samples were taken, in order to carry out further tests and determine
the level of compatibility.
We also met one of the specialist leukaemia nurses who gave us
a tour of the ward. The specialist nurses work solely on the ward
and are supposed to be our first point of contact if we have any
queries regarding the treatment, or others concerns.
